Crusher Rollers
Our premium aftermarket crusher rollers are the ultimate in hay conditioning: they run on any machine, balance at 1,000 RPM, use your existing tension system, and need no air bags or modifications. Designed for high abrasion resistance with the deepest lug on the market (1-3/4″ thick rubber) and a smaller, stronger core than OEM, they deliver a more complete stem crush across the full width of the roller for faster dry-down.

Bale Skis
The Bale Skis bale liner improves efficiency and bale consistency while reducing wear and downtime on your baler. It covers the bale-forming chamber with a specially designed, self-adjusting material whose anti-springback pattern compresses the hay and keeps it compressed when the plunger retracts.

Baffle Roller Extensions
Our custom baffle roller extensions for late-model John Deere 568 and 569 round balers greatly improve feeding and baling efficiency. They reposition the baffle roller ahead and down to help compress large windrows of fluffy, light crops such as cornstalks and straw.

Extreme Duty Compression Rack
The Extreme Duty Compression Rack works as a whole-cornstalk system for greater harvest capacity, using extra weight and additional compressor rods to press light, fluffy crop material into the baler teeth for more aggressive feeding.

Moisture Meter
The Gazeeka 870 moisture meter uses microwave technology to accurately measure the moisture of every bale as you go, and even spray-paints the bale where moisture is high, so you know exactly where the wet spots are.

How It Works
An antenna is mounted on each side of the baler to analyze hay as it exits. The LCD display unit mounts in the tractor cab, updating every few seconds, with an audible alarm for high and low moisture levels.
